Biography

Pamela Henderson is an academic advisor for the Wilson Center for Academic Advising and teaches courses for Arkansas State University’s First Year Experience Program. Pamela has worked in higher education for 10 years, with six of those years being at Arkansas State University. Pamela has worked for the Office of Finance and Administration and as a Graduate Assistant for Educational Leadership and the Center for Excellence in Education offices at Arkansas State University.

Pamela earned her BA in Psychology from Lyon College in 2007. She received her MA in Criminal Justice, her MA in Sociology, and her Specialist in Community College Teaching from ASU. Pamela is currently working on her dissertation to obtain a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from ASU.

In her spare time, Pamela’s hobbies include photography, going to the lake, and traveling. She loves spending time with her husband and their two boys.
