Malwarebytes Uninstall Process:

Windows 10

To Uninstall  go to Control Panel.

  1. On the Startmenu, enter Control Panel in the search box and select Control Panel from the results.
  2. Select ProgramsPrograms and Features, and then select Malwarebytes’ Managed Client. 
  3. Select Uninstall and Yes if prompted with Are you sure. 

Windows 7

 

  1. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.
  2. Under Programs, click Uninstall 
  3. Select Malwarebytes
  4. Click Uninstall

Previous Maintenance or Outages

TouchNet will be performing routine maintenance on the servers in the DataCenter from 2:00 am to 4:00 am CT Wednesday, January 17th, 2018. Payments will not be accepted during this time. No other systems will be impacted.


The Banner system (INB, SSB. Workflow, etc.) will be undergoing upgrades in hardware and patch updates in preparation for Banner 9 beginning at 5:00 pm THURSDAY, February 15. It is expected that the system will be unavailable Friday, February 16 and most of the weekend. Service will be restored as soon as possible upon completion of the upgrades. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you plan your operations accordingly.

This will not impact Blackboard or the MyCampus portal. All other systems will be accessible and work as normal.


The weekend following the 3rd Friday of each month is the regularly scheduled “Maintenance Window” for enterprise IT systems.  Occasionally the dates are adjusted to accommodate other University business processes but in general these are the weekends you can expect downtime on major systems.


Blackboard Learn Upgrade

Arkansas State University will upgrade to Q4 2017 in May 2018.

Blackboard Learn 9.1 Q4 2017 includes multiple new and enhanced features, improved work flows, and technology updates.
